Book Making Workshop For Kids! With Elizabeth Mellott

Can books growl? They can growl, roar, purr, or whatever you design your creature to do! Spend the afternoon making your own pop-up accordion book! Participants will be guided through the construction of creating a V fold pop up page, an accordion book, and have time to illustrate their own story. Students can create a monster, dinosaur, cat, or whatever creature they design. All materials will be supplied.
The Oak Cliff Cultural Center located on Jefferson Blvd and is a 3 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of the Bishop Arts District.
This workshop is appropriate for kids ages 9-13.
