CAMPer Michael Grabell named a "Best American Poet"
Former Dallas resident and CAMPer Michael Grabell's poem "Defintion Of Terms" (first published in Southwest Review) has been selected to appear in both Best American Poetry 2009 and Best New Poets 2009. To celebrate the publication of the former, Michael will be participating in a reading at The New School in NYC, September 24th, 2009, where he will be appearing alongside John Ashbery, Billy Collins, Mark Doty, and Richard Howard, among others.
Dan Burns' award-winning Saving Ben now available
Stone Soup regular Dan Burns' Saving Ben: A Father's Story Of Autism -- winner of the manuscript competition at the 2008 Mayborn Literary Nonfiction Conference and a four-star review in People Magazine -- was published by the Univeristy of North Texas Press on August 1st, 2009.
